Witch bit victim, threatened to burn down home in

Halloween hell fighting

 

GREAT MILLS (Nov. 3, 2009) --- Police say that the cauldron of evil was cooking up a brew of insanity and mayhem on October 31, 2009.

Dfc. Cindy Allen reports that deputies responded to a residence on Kilbeggan Court in Great Mills, Maryland for a report of a fight. 

Investigation revealed Oscina Carlandria Smith-Williams, 29 of Great Mills, Maryland was in a verbal dispute with the victim, which escalated into a physical assault when Smith-Williams began punching the victim. 

A third party intervened and attempted to stop Smith-Williams from assaulting the victim.  Smith-Williams bit the person who was attempting intervene. 

During the course of the altercation, Smith-Williams threatened to burn down the victim’s house.
